Refund policy

Muscle Mix sells the Founding Jar as a refundable pre-order. Your payment reserves your jar, which ships this fall.

 

Before your order ships: you can cancel for a full refund at any time, for any reason, no questions asked. Just email hello@musclemix.fit and we will refund your original payment method.

 

After your order ships: because our products are consumable supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used jars for safety and quality reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@musclemix.fit within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
