Muscle Mix LLC ("Muscle Mix," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to musclemix.fit, our online store, our waitlist and tester programs, and related communications (the "Services").

By using our Services or giving us your information, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Contact and order details: name, email, and (for orders) shipping address, billing address, and phone number.
  • Waitlist and goals: when you join our waitlist, your name, email, and your answer to a short goals question (for example, your interest in staying strong and mobile with age).
  • Orders and payments: products purchased and order details. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, and we do not collect or store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Tester and product-feedback program: if you take part, we collect the feedback you submit, which may include self-reported information about your training, activity, supplement use, energy, recovery, and how you feel using the product. This is self-reported wellness information, not medical records, and we use it to evaluate and improve our products.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, form, or social media, and your preferences.

Information we collect automatically:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with our site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for site functionality, analytics, and (where enabled) advertising.

Information from third parties:

  • Our service providers (for example our e-commerce, payments, and email platforms) may share information with us related to your orders, deliverability, or engagement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our Services and products;
  • Process and fulfill orders, and handle returns and support;
  • Run our waitlist, founding-member, and tester programs;
  • Send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping updates;
  • Send marketing and updates where you have opted in, and let you opt out at any time;
  • Analyze usage to improve our site, products, and formulations, including aggregated or de-identified tester feedback;
  • Protect against fraud, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf, including e-commerce and hosting (Shopify), payment processing (Shopify Payments and Stripe), waitlist and form tools (Tally, Microsoft Forms), file storage and email (Microsoft 365 and OneDrive), email marketing, shipping carriers, our contract manufacturer and fulfillment partners to ship your order, and analytics providers.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose we disclose to you.

4. Cookies and Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Disabling cookies may affect how the site works.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct or update inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Opt out of marketing (use the unsubscribe link or contact us);
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell your information).

California residents (CCPA and CPRA): you have the rights above and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. Tester feedback used for product development may be kept in aggregated or de-identified form.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Health-Related Information

Some information you share (for example, in our tester program or waitlist) relates to your fitness, wellness, or supplement use. This is self-reported information you choose to provide. It is not collected for medical purposes, and we are not a healthcare provider. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services and products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Where Your Information Is Processed

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you use our Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and we may give additional notice of material changes.
